			The northernmost state of Valhalmont is comprised of the colonies of Valhalmont, Tyr, Longa, Ohya, and Hampshear. Its chief industries are hunting and timber, although it exports very little of its products to other states. The leader of the state of Valhalmont has the title of Chief, and it is a role that is available to whomever can best the current Chief and their supports in combat.

	~~2:11 PM~~		Valhalmont was the last state to ratifiy the Vinland Constitution and establish United Vinland. The ratification only occurred after Valhalmont's failed invasion of Regenia.

			Valhalmont was the 12th established colony during Vinland's Colonial Era. It was the tiniest colony by land size and saw very little development. Valerie Halmont, the former wife of Deus Ultima who received the colony, died within the first year of arriving in the colony due to its harsh climate. She had no demigod heirs, and the colony's rule and order was imposed through fighting and strength.

They eventually banded together to take over those colonies and join together as Valhalmont. They eventually saw themselves as their own country and wanted to take over [[Regenia]] until President Harmen squashed the invasion and forced them to ratify the [[Constitution\|constitution]]. 			The Archon is the mysterious leader of [[Apella]]. To date, it is believed that only the Esquires, the Archon's personal representatives, and [[Lafayette Harmen]] know the Archon's identity. They have a hands off approach with leading Apella as the state's unique system lets it pretty much operate on its own.

			The biggest presence of the Archon is found in Apella's newspaper, ''The Thespian.'' Every daily issue contains a new story, article, dialogue, or other written piece from the Archon.

			Following the banning of the play ''Deus Man,'' pamphlets that mocked [[Deus Ultima]] began to appear in Apella's capital, Thespia. These pamphlets were widely read and enjoyed by the colonists until [[Cambria Unchained]] reluctantly criminalized their possession. This level of censorship led to [[Apella's Silence]] and the complete economic shutdown of the state. Despite the ban, the pamphlets continued to be produced and distributed.

			Although Apella did not see any battles during the [[War of Revolutions]], Apella's colonial governor, Governor Parch, was found dead on stage with the Archon claiming credit. In the pamphlet where they claimed credit for the murder, they also proposed to be the new leader of Apella as well as proposing the system that Apella now operates under.

			At the end of the War of Revolutions, the Archon sent their loyal Esquires to sign the [[Constitution\|Vinland Constitution]] on behalf of the Apella. The Archon continues to avoid public appearances, and lets his Esquires continue to represent Apella for any United Vinland affairs. Instead of pamphlets, the Archon now has a regular feature in Apella's newspaper, ''The Thespian''.

Nathanial's status combined with the fact he was the first to back out of the performance's led to a cascading effect in Apella as other actors, artists, and musicians quickly canceled their own performances, an event known as Apella's Silence.

			After the death of Governor Parch at the hands of the Archon, Nathanial joined the Lafayette Harmen and the Colonial Vinland Military as they marched north to fight Cambria Unchained. Although Nathanial saw very limited fighting, he played a crucial role in calling out General Harmen's orders to the rest of the troops.

			Upon the defeat of Cambria Unchained, he continued with the Colonial Vinland Military as they marched on the [[Silversun]]. He stood alongside General Harmen for [[Romeo the Rational\|Romeo the Rational's]] surrender, and was the person who announced Colonial Vinland's victory as Romeo cast a sky-high explosion of formal surrender for all of the colonies to see.
