Colors: All white with a single black circle in the middle overlaid by a black X. Their flag used to be the symbol of [[Deus Ultima]], but crossed out to represent their new status. They claim it’s also supposed to be a star.

Strategic Value: Main place of landing for immigrants. As the former loose seat of power for colonial [[Vinland|vinland]], they have the most extensive records of colonial vinland.

Landscape: Bulk of people live in Manhattan

Landmark: The Silversun. This was the High Antilleans main administrative building and where [[Martin Keene]] nailed [[The Refusal]]. It was burned down during the war.

Why did they rebel? They didn’t. They were forced to change after Vinland won the war.

The first colony. They’ve an identity since the war was over, and on top of that, they’re extremely poor and hobbled because of the results of the war. Most of the bureaucrats now live in Libertate.

Lance uses their depressed status to build his company there.

Former Hampshear Colors: Sea Blue and Granite

Why did they rebel? [[The Culling|The culling]]. Various small groups in each of the four colonies began to emerge who refused to go along with the culling. They eventually banded together to take over those colonies and join together as Valhalmont. They eventually saw themselves as their own country and wanted to take over [[Regenia]] until President Harmen squashed the invasion and forced them to ratify the [[Constitution|constitution]].

Warchief Harbison Killian, the uncle of Trent Killian, annexed Hampshire before the war of liberation, and agreed to join the battle under the condition that they can keep Hampshire. Constantly warring with neighbors. Harmen promised Vermont that they could keep their annexed colonies if they joined the fight

The second Valhalmont War is when they tried to take over Regenia following the War of Liberation and subsequently got their asses kicked, Chief Killian becoming the new leader, and the second amendment to the constitution.

Hampshear Frozen Forests: Ice Forest where a lot of the fighting in the War of Liberation happened.

Valhalmont Invasion - After the defeat of [[Antilles]], the Valhalmonters continue their annexation and they try and take over [[Regenia]]. Jeremiah Keene is able to hold them from taking Richland, and then Governor Harmen arrives with the [[Vinland]] militia, This leads to the ratification of the Vinland [[Constitution]] and the formal creation of United Vinland.

“There was a minor God that I was taught to be the God of storms, although after meeting [[Leukic]], I doubt They were actually the God of Storms. Likely they were just the God of some small group of people. Anyway, this God chose a champion to fight for him during the war and bestowed on him a flying golden chariot and the power to rain thunderbolts from the sky.”

“That sounds like it would be a big help in the war effort.”

“You’d think so! Turns out this champion took his newfound power and golden chariot and fled to the far northern islands to rule over the natives there as a tyrant.”

“So he ruled as a God?”

“For a little while. Deus Ultima eventually destroyed the lesser God, and with it, the man’s powers. Not to jinx us, but he died from plummeting to the earth after his gold chariot ceased to exist.”

Following the start of [[The Culling|the culling]] and the violent [[Valhalmont]] quagmire with [[Cambria Unchained]], [[Ari Clerks]] wants to get a meeting with all of the colonies because of all the pockets of rebellions that are popping up. This is immediately clear in [[Jullicut]] since Sam Baharme is getting more radical and Ari Clerks is worried about chaos spreading from Valhalmont to the rest of the land. He is good friends with Harmen and trusts him so Harmen agrees to host everyone at Castle [[Pallolina]].

[[Yorn]] was excluded since their entire government apparatus were loyalists. No [[Fyorina]] since Matt Graham was in jail and they were just a penal colony

It is here they try to get Ajax to stop his uncle’s quagmire. They discuss if they should declare their independence and if so, what they should become once they get their independence - a series of independent territories or one union? Art Penn says he could produce enough firearms for the fight, but in return he wants his own state after the war is over. Grills gets swayed by Art Penn during this meeting. Clerks gets the idea for the [[Constitution|constitution]]. He doesn’t formally introduce until after the War ends. It is not fully ratified however until the end of the Valhalmont Invasion.

The meeting ends in a stalemate after the sides can’t agree on whether to free the [[Lyanans]].

There was Mr. Townsworth who oversaw sales, Mr. Ness who led manufacturing, and finally, there was Ms. Grills who served internal operations and was a branch between sales and manufacturing. Due to his role as a contract hunter, Mr. Grills oversaw Lance’s division, although the amount of times Lance actually talked to the man could be counted on one hand.

Obsessed with maintaining his power through the use of Prophecies, [[Deus Ultima]] ordered the killing of all [[Lyanans|lyanans]] after receiving a prophecy that they would be his downfall. This served as additional fuel to the fire for the colonies to rebel. This act caused Valhalmonth to invade its neighbors to stop the Culling. [[Tenny]] and [[Georgina]] rebelled because it would rob them of their main industry. [[Martin Keene]] includes this in the Natural Order as additional proof that Deus Ultima is no God because he’s having his people do the killing and not him himself. If he was a real god, he’d snap his fingers and they’d cease to exist, or be able to wipe them from being a thing from everyone’s mystery, if he was a real god, the prophecy would be meaningless.

Most of the Antillean Lyanans were wiped out. This coincided at the same time the colonies were about to revolt so there was a decent number of refugees coming to [[Vinland]].

Why did they rebel? [[The Culling|The culling]] was one piece. A power grab from Lyle Vanderville was another.

Tenny was horse country until Lyle Vanderbilt III had the realization of combining Art Penn’s internal combustion engine on their horse carriages. He saw this as the eventual replacement for the horse and worked with the carriage makers to expand their offering and starting building trains. Tenny was the first to build out the rail lines in their state which led to numerous smaller cities pop up around the state. The [[Other|other]] states eventually wanted train access for their territories so they put down the rail lines in their respective states, yet still went with Vanderville trains. Each state is still responsible for its rail line maintenance, but Vanderville supplies the trains. This eventually progressed to autocarriages.
