Tenny was the first to build out the rail lines in their state which led to numerous smaller cities pop up around the state. The [[Other|other]] states eventually wanted train access for their territories so they put down the rail lines in their respective states, yet still went with Vanderville trains. Each state is still responsible for its rail line maintenance, but Vanderville supplies the trains.
