Pallolina

Summary

The state of Pallolina serves as the home of the Vinland military. Originally founded as the 9th colony, Pallolina was notable for being ruled by the same familial line from its founding all the way to the creation of United Vinland. Pallolina is located along the swirling ocean and borders Georgina, Tenny, Jullicut, and Regina. Both the Heartland and the Almighty cross into Pallolina which has allowed it to have a burgeoning agriculture industry in addition to its military specialization. Its leadership consists of the Triumvirate, the three top generals of the Vinland Military.

Why did they rebel? Governor Harmen wanted Vinland to be in control of Vinland’s destiny. This stemmed from him discovering Providence and realizing she was her own entity. His son disagreed and fled to Antilles. His wife died from heartbreak or maybe the Blessed?

Wife: Pallolina Harmen

Arbitrators: groups of soldiers who enforce libertate contracts. Show them in the York chapter repossession some shit, the violent way. Only large contracts are handled in libertate. All others just make them without the backing of Vineland. This leads to Hatfield and Mccoy situations to handle disputes.

The Decagon: Former governor’s castle of Carolina that was converted to military HQ. The ten sided castle had been split in thirds in order to further separate the various divisions, offense, defense, and logistics, of the Vinland military
