Why did they rebel? Governor Harmen wanted Vinland to be in control of Vinland’s destiny. This stemmed from him discovering Providence and realizing she was her own entity. His son disagreed and fled to Antilles. His wife died from heartbreak or maybe the Blessed?

Arbitrators: groups of soldiers who enforce libertate  contracts.  Show them in the York chapter repossession some shit, the violent way. Only large contracts are handled in libertate. All others just make them without the backing of Vineland. This leads to Hatfield and Mccoy situations to handle disputes. 

 

The Decagon: Former governor’s castle of Carolina that was converted to military HQ. The ten sided castle had been split in thirds in order to further separate the various divisions, offense, defense, and logistics, of the Vinland military
