This is a hatfield mccoy situation, The fork is a railline. They keep stopping business and attacking innocnents. These two trashy ass families and their trashy ass kids and cousins and shit. Richland City Guard is fencing them to both sides of the fight because it extends into more of a regional proxy war and so many people live and work in Richland.
