Potential Story So no one knows who the true leader is, and upon its founding, these lawyers banded together on the off chance the lie would work that they were chosen to represent the state, and since then they’ve effectively been running things. Once Myan starts becoming gaslight central, they can slowly morph from the lawyers representing the leader into the leaders. It would be a gradual process which could show the power of propaganda over time. (Or just have demint be the leader)
