13 Colonies
Summary
What started as a single settlement over time grew into 13 unique colonies of Vinland. Each colony was created upon the divorce of the Deus Ultima and his wife at that particular time. The goal of which would be each colony would be ruled by each ancestral line of Deus Ultima and his former wife. In the short term, this meant each colony would be ruled by demigods, but with each new generation, the demigods eventually became just ordinary men and women, albeit the descendants of these original founders were said to possess "God's Blood."

Colonial Governance
Although each colony was different in rule, they typically shared many common attributes. Each colony was administered by a Governor who worked in conjunction with the Ultima Church to maintain order with its citizens. Most Governors oversaw their colonies from a castle. Property rights and private business were subject to the decision of the Governor while civil obedience was largely the domain of the Ultima Church.
During the late Colonial Era, both the Governors as well as the Ultima Church were beholden to the Trinity, Romeo the Rational, Cambria Unchained, and Warden Oranje.
