The Grand Colonial Council

Following the start of the culling and the violent Valhalmont quagmire with Cambria Unchained, Ari Clerks wants to get a meeting with all of the colonies because of all the pockets of rebellions that are popping up. This is immediately clear in Jullicut since Sam Baharme is getting more radical and Ari Clerks is worried about chaos spreading from Valhalmont to the rest of the land. He is good friends with Harmen and trusts him so Harmen agrees to host everyone at Castle Pallolina.

It is here they try to get Ajax to stop his uncle’s quagmire. They discuss if they should declare their independence and if so, what they should become once they get their independence - a series of independent territories or one union? Art Penn says he could produce enough firearms for the fight, but in return he wants his own state after the war is over. Grills gets swayed by Art Penn during this meeting. Clerks gets the idea for the constitution. He doesn’t formally introduce until after the War ends. It is not fully ratified however until the end of the Valhalmont Invasion.

The meeting ends in a stalemate after the sides can’t agree on whether to free the Lyanans.
